At BXT Bikes, we ship carbon bike frames, complete bikes, wheelsets, and cycling components to customers worldwide. Please read the shipping information below before placing your order.
1. Shipping Areas
We ship to most countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and selected other countries.

2. Processing Time
Order processing time depends on the product type and availability.

Custom-painted carbon frames or custom products 25–35 business days before shipment
Custom-painted products require additional time for painting, inspection, and packing.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Some countries may support duty-free or tax-inclusive shipping lines. If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing your order for an exact shipping quote.
For complete bikes, shipping cost is usually higher because the package size is larger than a frameset.
Some products or destinations may be eligible for free shipping. If free shipping is available, it will be shown at checkout.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is calculated after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other conditions beyond our control.
6. Customs, Duties and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.
For certain countries and shipping methods, BXT Bikes may offer DDP / Duty Paid / Tax Included shipping, which means import duties and taxes are normally prepaid and included in the shipping service or order price.
If the selected shipping method is not marked as DDP, Duty Paid, or Tax Included, any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
BXT Bikes does not control customs policies or local import charges in each country. Customs inspections, delays, or additional charges may occur depending on local regulations.
Before placing an order, please check your local import rules. If you are unsure whether your country supports tax-included shipping, please contact us before ordering.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.

Photos of the package, if damaged
Photos or videos of the product, if applicable
We will contact the logistics provider and help you resolve the issue.
If the product is damaged due to shipping, please do not install or use the product before contacting us.

BXT Bikes is not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
