We ship BXT carbon frames and complete bikes worldwide. Shipping cost depends on the destination country, package weight and available logistics route.

3–9kg Package
Usually suitable for carbon frames, framesets and smaller bike packages.

Usually suitable for complete bikes or large parcels.

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–25 business days, depending on destination and shipping route.

For EU countries, we usually ship by DDP tax-inclusive special line, delivered by DPD. Buyers usually do not need to pay additional customs duties upon delivery. Estimated delivery time is 15–25 days.

If you receive a notification that your package has been shipped but cannot see tracking updates, please do not worry; the DPD tax-inclusive line often covers the final-mile delivery, meaning tracking updates will only appear after the package arrives locally and clears customs.

For the United States, we usually ship by FED tax-inclusive fast line. Buyers do not need to pay additional customs duties. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 days.

For Switzerland and Canada, we usually ship by UPS fast line. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 days.

BXT carbon frames are custom-made products. Standard production time is usually 15–30 days. Chameleon color may take longer, and ice-crack finish usually takes about 30–40 days.

1. PayPal

You can complete your purchase securely using your PayPal account.

After selecting PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal to review and complete your payment.

2. Credit or Debit Card via PayPal

Visa and Mastercard payments may be available through PayPal Guest Checkout.

When this option is available, you may be able to pay with a credit or debit card without logging into or creating a PayPal account.

Payment steps:

Add your selected product to the cart and proceed to checkout.
Select PayPal as the payment method.
Choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” or “Checkout as Guest,” when displayed.
Enter your card and billing information to complete the payment.

3. Bank Transfer

Bank transfer may be available for selected orders.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Credit and debit card payments made through PayPal are processed by PayPal.

BXT Bikes does not receive or store your complete credit or debit card number.

To help avoid payment delays or verification issues, please make sure that:

BXT provides after-sales support for carbon frames, framesets and complete bikes.

Each order is checked before shipping, including the frame surface, fork, seatpost, headset parts and included accessories. If you receive damaged goods, missing parts or a product issue caused by manufacturing, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos or videos.

Our support team can also help confirm frame size, groupset compatibility, bottom bracket type, brake mount, headset specification and tire clearance before you place an order.

Choosing the right size is important for comfort, handling and riding efficiency. If you are not sure which size to choose, please send us your height, inseam, riding style and current bike size. We can help recommend a suitable frame size.

Please also confirm component compatibility before ordering, including groupset type, bottom bracket standard, crankset, wheelset, thru-axle size, brake rotor size, tire clearance and electronic/mechanical shifting setup.

If you are planning a custom build, contact us before purchase so we can help reduce compatibility mistakes.

Most carbon frames are produced or finished after the order is confirmed. Standard production time is usually 15–25 days, depending on frame model, size, color and current production schedule.

Custom paint requires additional time. Chameleon paint, ice-crack finish, gradient colors, pearl colors and special logo designs may take longer because they require more painting and quality-check steps.

Custom paint may slightly increase frame weight compared with matte black or standard finishes. If your main goal is lightweight performance, we recommend choosing matte black.

For custom colors, please provide a Pantone color code or clear reference images. We will confirm the design details with you before production.
