Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At BXT Bikes, we want every customer to receive the correct product in good condition. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days after receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and uninstalled
In the same condition as received
In its original packaging
Complete with all accessories, manuals, and parts
Approved by our customer service team before return shipment

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days after receiving the package.

Please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the outer package
Photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product
A clear description of the issue

After verification, we will provide a suitable solution, such as replacement parts, product exchange, repair support, or refund, depending on the situation.

If the product is damaged during shipping, please do not install or use the product before contacting us.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed quality issue:

Custom-painted frames or customized products
Installed, used, scratched, damaged, or modified products
Products damaged by misuse, crash, improper installation, or improper maintenance
Products without original packaging, accessories, or order information
Clearance or final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale
Orders that exceed the return window

Custom-painted frames and customized products are made according to customer requirements and cannot be returned for personal reasons such as color preference, size choice, or change of mind.

4. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping cost depends on the reason for the return.

For customer-responsibility returns, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost are not refundable.

5. Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact us first.

Please include your order number and reason for return.

After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address by email.

Please use a trackable shipping method. BXT Bikes is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdelivered return packages caused by the return carrier.

6. Refunds

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before sending the product back.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement product has a price difference, the customer may need to pay the difference before shipment.

8. Order Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

If a buyer wishes to cancel an order, platform and payment processing fees will be deducted.

Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment or before the start of production or custom painting.

Custom-painted frames or custom products cannot be cancelled once production or painting has commenced.

9. Warranty Issues

Some BXT Bikes products may be covered by a limited warranty.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by crashes, misuse, improper installation, modification, normal wear and tear, or lack of maintenance.

For warranty-related issues, please contact us with your order number, photos, and videos.
