1. About the return and exchange time limit

About return and exchange freight:
1. If you find that the outer box is damaged before signing for the package, please be sure to check the inner box products to see if they are damaged due to logistics, and take photos for preservation. Please inform customer service within 3 working days of signing for the package, and we will solve it for you.
2. If you find that the product is wrong after receiving the goods, please contact us to provide your order number. After verifying that the goods are wrong, you can choose to return or exchange them,
3. If the return is caused by non-quality issues and the buyer's own reasons, the buyer shall bear the postage for returning the goods and the freight for re-sending.

 

3. How to return or exchange goods

We estimate that it will take 1 to 3 working days to process the application. After the application is approved, please send the goods to be returned along with the product list and return them to the address in the return or exchange confirmation email.
If you use an uncheckable express delivery method to return goods, the company will not be responsible for the loss, damage, or misdelivery of the goods. Please understand.

4. Return or exchange process
Contact the customer service email to register for return or exchange → Provide pictures of the returned goods → Customer service confirms the return or exchange application → Send back the returned goods → Return confirmation → Process a refund or exchange

5. About Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you within 1-3 business days and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the money will be automatically refunded via the original payment method: Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund. Refunds generally take 6-8 working days to arrive, and the specific arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank.
