We ship to most countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and selected other countries.

2. Processing Time
Order processing time depends on the product type and availability.
Product Type Processing Time
In-stock small accessories 1–5 business days
In-stock frames, wheels, and components 15–25 business days
Complete bikes 15–25 business days
Custom-painted carbon frames or custom products 25–35 business days before shipment
Custom-painted products require additional time for painting, inspection, and packing.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods
We use different shipping methods depending on the destination country, product size, weight, and shipping availability.
