Such poor service and support

Zero customer service. I have been waiting for the parts ordered and a response since March. Tracking clearly shows the items were returned and they have ignored emails and not resent the items.

Problems at every step. The first bike was cracked, second frame came with parts missing and third frame is still waiting to get the headset parts.I'vespent a lot of money with them and have been left with unusable framesanda bike.

Avoid them! Ignore messages and parts never arrived. I have been trying to get this resolved for months

Items never arrived and support has continually ignored emails even though the tracking shows it was returned to them.
Avoid purchasing from this company. No other parts fit their frames so avoid being cheated.
