I received my bike 28 days after ordering it. I bit faster than I had expected.
By now, I have been riding some 150 km, and I am very happy with it.
Everything works as intended and the overall quality seems good.
I am by no means an expert, but to my judgement it is a great bike.

The bike is as good as it looks. However, it took exactly two months to be delivered to my address. Customer service is slow and many excuses are given to excuse the delay.Clearly they still need to improve their manners when talking to customers.

Loben möchte ich den guten Kundenservice, ich konnte meine Bestellung noch kurzfristig nach meinen Wünschen anpassen.
Die Qualität des Gravel Bikes ist sehr gut. Die Verpackung war ausgezeichnet.
Ich würde nochmals bei BXT bestellen!

I'm very pleased with the bike and the service from BXT. Communicative and helpful

I had a great experience buying from BXT store - got notifications, fast answers. The bike is as described and probably even better than anticipated.
There was one negative thing - once I opened the packaging, I have noticed that Shimano battery (price ~120 Eur) was ripped out of the holder. Not sure if this happened during the packaging or transportation. I have filled a complaint to BXT store, but have not received an answer. I hope they can solve the issue.
